Critical to our design process is a talented team of experienced designers from a wide variety of backgrounds. We nurture a studio culture that supports individual growth and reinforces open, impassioned dialogue, allowing all team members to contribute their unique perspectives and expertise. We enhance our studio culture through our encouragement of the act of making. Central to our design process is an in-house woodshop that supports design exploration.
