Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and preferences.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opting Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in.

Duty to Notify and Indemnify:  You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you used to subscribe to the program. You are responsible for completing the opt-out process or notifying us immediately if you change, transfer, or intend to stop using the mobile telephone number used to subscribe to the program. You may notify us of a number change by contacting us as provided under Contact Us below. Your agreement to do so is a material part of these terms and conditions.

You agree to indemnify us in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to complete the opt-out process or notify us if you change, transfer, or intend to stop using your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
    • We are not responsible for issues related to carrier services or third-party content accessed through the Service.

If you respond to our SMS communications with feedback or information:

    • You agree not to submit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.

 

  1. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
