Hollywood Hills
Perched high in the Hollywood Hills overlooking Los Angeles, this pavilion amalgamates landscape, art, and architecture. The design integrates a small guest house into a newly considered landscape surrounding an iconic midcentury home by Richard Neutra. Embedding the sculptural building into the hillside creates a deferentially modest presence when seen from the house above, while simultaneously capturing dramatic views from the new spaces below.
