Aidlin Darling Studio

Located in a converted warehouse, the design of our own studio uses the building’s industrial past as inspiration for its progressive reuse. The existing concrete structure grounds the space with a sense of sensual permanence, while a series of quiet interventions create an armature for the firm’s work. An enclosed conference room and woodshop provide a threshold to the workspaces, where a non-hierarchical plan of open workstations fosters collaboration and invention.
