The Hacienda at Scribe Winery

After decades of neglect, the Hacienda at Scribe Winery was restored and transformed as an early part of a long-term masterplan led by Aidlin Darling Design. In addition to extensive structural work and system upgrades, the project involved the careful uncovering and preservation of the Hacienda’s many historic layers, while introducing distinctly new elements — creating a dynamic dialogue between past and present. The reincarnated structure serves as Scribe’s hospitality center, with wine tasting areas, a full-service kitchen, and accommodations for visiting chefs.
