Anchored by monumental coastal live oaks and majestic redwoods, this sustainably-designed suburban home expansively extends living spaces out into the landscape. The existing trees inform a spatial arrangement of framed views, outdoor rooms, and visual privacy. Upper-floor spaces engage the tree canopies, cradling a lofty perch within a two-story volume defined by the home’s overarching metal canopy.
